Custom web application development

When a website is no longer enough — clients need accounts, orders go through several steps, you sell tickets, manage bookings or need reports — you need a web application. We build custom web apps in Laravel, with a Filament admin panel and a Livewire or React front end, around your business processes.

What web apps we build

Client portals

An account for every client: orders, documents, invoices and messages in one place.

Bookings and appointments

Calendar, availability, online payments and automatic email or WhatsApp notifications.

Ticketing and events

Seat selection on the venue map, online payment, PDF ticket with QR code and phone-based entry scanning.

Marketplaces

Clients and providers on the same platform, with profiles, requests, in-app chat and mobile apps.

Subscription SaaS

Stripe subscriptions, automatic e-Invoicing and an admin panel for every account.

Quality code

Automated tests, PHPStan static analysis and code review on every delivery. You own the source code.

Web apps delivered

  • Arca Talentelor Events — Registrations and QR tickets: seats picked on the venue map, Stripe donations, entry scanning.
  • MEXO — Services marketplace with Android and iOS mobile apps.
  • Help Cazare — SaaS for accommodation providers: digital guest register and ANAF reporting.
  • Fomist.ro — Multi-tenant delivery platform: a store per courier, courier portal and real-time kitchen screen.

FAQ

What's the difference between a website and a web app?

A website presents information. A web app has users with accounts, data that changes and workflows: orders, bookings, approvals, reports.

How much does a custom web app cost?

It depends on the number of modules and integrations. After a scoping call you get a written proposal split into phases and deadlines. See the pricing page for ballpark figures.

Can the web app also become a mobile app?

Yes. The web app can become a PWA or an Android and iOS app published in the stores, as we did for mexo.ro.

Who owns the source code?

You do. On handover you receive the source code and the rights to it, as set out in the contract.
