<p>Developed a PWA service marketplace for cleaning operations targeting Airbnb/Booking properties, featuring scheduling, availability management, and internal chat.</p>

I developed cleanconnect.ro, a marketplace and service intermediation platform for cleaning services, designed for property owners managing listings on platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb, as well as cleaning service providers.

The platform allows property owners to define cleaning schedules, locations, pricing, and working intervals, while cleaners can view availability and accept or manage jobs based on their schedules and assigned tasks.

The system includes an internal chat feature that enables direct communication between parties, improving coordination and operational efficiency. The application is built as a Progressive Web App (PWA), optimized for mobile use and fast access in real-world operational contexts.

The main challenge was designing an efficient bidirectional workflow between property owners and service providers, including availability management, scheduling, and real-time communication within a single unified platform.
